ZCS Aquatic Programs
AquaFit is a great way to obtain an all-around fitness workout. Informal classes use both Deep and Shallow pools to utilize the resistance of water, giving you a low or non-impact aerobic workout. Aquafit is a great way to get a maximum calorie burn with no impact on feet, knees or hips. "Water Belts" and "Foam Dumbbells" are provided, so participants do not have to be strong swimmers in order to enjoy the class.
